I really loved my stay here, especially the spacious king room with amazing views and the delicious food served at the cafe. The outdoor pool and spa made for perfect relaxation spots after a busy day. The only small downside was that the pool closed a bit early, so plan your swims accordingly! 😊

The location is excellent, with friendly staff who provide great service. The king room with pool view was clean and comfortable, and the ability to request traditional Kerala dishes from the chefs was a delightful touch. However, the restaurant service was lacking at times. there were delays and mix-ups with orders, which dampened the dining experience. The reception team was apologetic but the restaurant staff's attentiveness did not meet expectations.

Exceptional hospitality and delicious food.

One highlight was the buffet breakfast. It offered a great spread of continental and traditional options, and I watched my kid dive into pancakes like it was their first time seeing sugar. Another nice experience was the service at the restaurant, Godwin and Nur treated us like royalty, never missed a request and always had a smile.

It was a bit pricey, but for what we got, it was still a reasonable experience.

during my stay, I loved being just under 2 km from the beautiful Thiruvambadi Krishna Shrine, which made my morning strolls delightful, and exploring the lush Thekkinkadu Maidan, located only about 4 km away, was a highlight of my trip.

The hotel’s lobby was beautifully decorated, making it feel inviting. the wide hallways and accessible features allow seniors like me to navigate effortlessly with lovely seating areas to relax.

More support for luggage handling during check-in.

The King Room was super comfy and clean. Loved how the washrooms were perfect—definitely a big plus. The TV had tons of channels to chill with, and the vibe in the room made it hard to leave. Just a little more help with luggage during check-in would’ve been great.

The pool with a view was amazing, and the cozy cafe had delicious snacks worth trying. The gym is well-equipped, too! The ambiance in the spa added to the relaxation vibes during my stay.
